you: you can try browsershots webservice to get an independent view from arount the world

Sergey xxx: As I have checked everything is ok from my end while using tracert

Sergey xxx: Please contact your ISP for the details on this matter

Sergey xxx: Please let me know should you need further assistance

you: Are you sure you are not using black-listed IPs for previous content?

you: It is not point of my ISP, try browsershots.org to see situation from several location around the globe

you: URL tested: http://76.163.24.67/ Test performed from: Seattle, WA Test performed at: 2011-05-16 10:55:17 (GMT -04:00) Resolved As: Status: Cannot resolve hostname Response Time: 0.197 sec DNS: 0.000 sec Connect: 0.000 sec Redirect: 0.197 sec First byte: 0.000 sec Last byte: 0.000 sec Size: 0 bytes

Sergey xxx: As the same connection to 76.163.24.67 works from my side

you: URL tested: http://76.163.24.67/ Test performed from: Munich, Germany Test performed at: 2011-05-16 10:56:34 (GMT -04:00) Resolved As: Status: Cannot resolve hostname Response Time: 0.217 sec DNS: 0.000 sec Connect: 0.000 sec Redirect: 0.217 sec First byte: 0.000 sec Last byte: 0.000 sec Size: 0 bytes

you: How much more proof you need to believe, ti is not resolvable around the world, are you sitting onside webserver, maybe?

Sergey xxx: I am testing from our support center in Ukraine but our data center is placed in Ohio USA

you: So what is your explanation or recomendation for that issue?

you: I would like to find a solution together

Sergey xxx: Please contact your ISP regarding this matter or try to connect via proxy server

you: How many should I contact, how can that be an issue with my ISP, that test run from websites lke http://www.websitepulse.com

you: brwosershots.org also has nothing to do with my ISP

you: please correct me, if I am wrong

you: If there is an issue with ISP, then logical question woud be, why you use IP that seem to be blocked by most of them?

Sergey xxx: Please hold on, let me check

you: Please, an explanation would not only be good for me

Sergey xxx: As I have checked test runs well from my side at websitepulse.com/help/testtools.traceroute-test.html

Sergey xxx: Please try to enter website via zend2.com proxy

you: what is it supposed to do, it takes me back to the same site I can enter the ip-url again and again

you: while if I type for example facebook.com there, it takes me to website, with a proxy frame around

Sergey xxx: Please hold on, let me check

Sergey xxx: I have run a few tests at websitepulse.com anf they all each our server

you: .....the alle each our server??

Sergey xxx: Could you please clarify ?

you: I did not understand your last sentence, maybe you dropped an important word there?

you: ... and they all ... here should come a verb right?

Sergey xxx: I have run a few tests at websitepulse.com anf they all reach our server

you: Ok I suggest going to Starbucks now, that use two different ISP at the same time, I will make a Video for you of for the suggested evaluations to have most transparent record and proof of case, then I will asked third time for logical explanation of the phenomen, does that sound fair to you?

Sergey xxx: Sir I have run a test via the same site as you websitepulse.com and our IP was reached 98.130.213.18

you: just to reduce confusion, the ip assigned to my domain was 76.163.24.67

you: the IP, I have right now in Internet is 189.217.69.119

you: What are you referring to?

Sergey xxx: I mean if we run traceroute for 76.163.24.67 the IP 98.130.213.18 of our server is reached

Sergey xxx: The last line from my end is:

Sergey xxx: 13 98.130.213.18 264.950 ms 264.936 ms 265.398 ms

you: So the aim of your service, is that it is reachable from your place only or how should I interpret your message?

you: please just tell me the truth, you do not want me to publish a detailed video documentation of this at your youtube, do you?

Sergey xxx: I have run traceroute for 76.163.24.67 and the IP of ours was reached 98.130.213.18 that means connection is ok

you: I have no doubt that it runs well from your place, but that is pointless, if you sell IPs that are not solvable around the globe

Sergey xxx: I am sorry sir but the IP 76.163.24.67 is reachable from web (for example websitepulse.com)

you: Ok, thank you very much for your time, I will try to evaluate better and store this transcript for record! Is there any chance to get back to you, after I have a more detailed video-record of my evaluation?

Sergey xxx: Sure, you can ask for me or submit a ticket on this matter

you: Ok thank you very much for your time and efford to resolve my issue
